Nelson Gay sits between Holetown to the south and Speightstown to the north.

 s Bedrooms
There are 5 bedrooms in the main house. In addition, there is a self-contained cottage and by special arrangement, the media room in the main house has a day bed and there are also 2 self-contained Chattel Houses which can provide sleeping accommodation. The main house and cottage sleeps 13 and by prior arrangement up to 18 using the media room and the 2 Chattel Houses. There is a portable crib for babies up to 9 months.

Bathrooms
There are 7 en-suite bathrooms in the main house and the cottage, (one bedroom has two bathrooms), and 1 powder room. Master bathrooms have showers only. The South Wing bedroom has his and hers bathrooms with showers. The cottage bathroom has a combination bath/shower. North Wing bathrooms have bath/showers. The 2 Chattel Houses have their own toilet/showers.

Air Conditioning
All sleeping accommodation is individually air-conditioned. All air conditioners in the bedrooms and study are quiet, split systems with remote temperature control.
